For two weeks, the community celebrates this cherished local crop, paying tribute to the <strong data-start=\"470\" data-end=\"487\">\u201cBisi De.Co.\u201d<\/strong>, the prized peas cultivated by our local farms. The highlight is the\u00a0<strong data-start=\"557\" data-end=\"591\">fruit and vegetable exhibition<\/strong>, where visitors can admire and taste these exceptional products.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the festival you can enjoy varied <strong>dishes of typical Po Valley peasant cuisine<\/strong> serving a menu where Bisi reigns and where the pinnacle of taste is captured in the <strong>typical<\/strong> <strong>dish of Risi e Bisi (rice with peas).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There will be no shortage of entertainment with <strong>shows<\/strong> and evenings in the company of excellent <strong>dance music orchestras<\/strong>. Sports will open the Festival with the annual running race.
