Dolo in Fiore is the classic First May Day event organised in the Isola Bassa area, one of the most characteristic areas of Dolo.
It is a market exhibition of vegetable gardens and gardens, displaying flowers, plants, gardening and vegetable gardening items. In addition to flowers, there is also an organic market exhibition with a display of various products selected for greater health protection.
The historic buildings such as the Squero Monumentale, the Mulini Demaniali and the reservoir – emphasises Marina Zuin, coordinator of the event – offer a charming and unique setting which, on the occasion of the 1st May celebrations, becomes a precious treasure chest, rich in scents and plants that colour the historic centre of Dolo.
The traditional Flower Festival is an invitation to those with green fingers and an opportunity to shop for decorative plants and flowers and experience the atmosphere of the place with the many gastronomic offerings of the local restaurants, themed exhibitions and the Voga alla Veneta rowing race.
